Chevy – Cob 14hh
Freckles‘ little foal Chevy is all grown up and has lots of fans! Born here at Pine Lodge, We named him Chevre as he looked exactly like a goat when he was born with big pink patches around his eyes and nose. However like the tale of the ugly duckling, young Chevy grew and grew and so did his mane and tail and nowadays he’s the closest thing you’ll find to a unicorn.
Chevy’s best friend is our other cheeky chap Sabre and they love to play together in the field. We’re not sure what his breeding is, he and his mum Freckles have the colourings of a Dartmoor Hill Pony, but he also looks like a Blagdon Cob. Despite his chunky exterior he is very fast and responsive and lots of fun to ride.
